Author of You Can Live a Black Belt Life, based on a unique journey of discovery and self-development, Phil’s individuality as a coach derives from his studies of neuroscience and positive psychology. Phil trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute and is an accredited ‘results’ trained, brain-based coach.
As a black belt in karate and student of mindfulness, Phil has combined these unique skills to create a very special coaching model that has, to date, delivered incredible results.
Phil’s philosophy mirrors a quote by Lou Holtz a former American football player and coach:
“Ability is what you are capable of,
Motivation determines what you do,
Attitude determines how well you do it.”
This has been, and still is, Phil’s mantra in both his personal and professional pursuits.
